Fast & Accurate Client Searches

Finding the visitor account in your database is challenging as you may be experiencing. Couple the inherent difficulties with volunteers that are not computer savvy, in a hurry, and likely do not use your system that often and you end up with "LOTS" of duplicate accounts. And duplicate accounts equate to more visits and a bigger strain on your already dwindling resource store. We personally experienced this and is one of the reasons FoodBank Manager was developed.

Three things are required to fix this problem.

The Triad of Finding Clients

  1. Clean Database - Stop the madness - a clean database means finding your clients reducing the chances of duplicates which means a clean database, so we instituted address standardization for all client accounts. So every address adheres to one standard and format regardless of the volunteers attempts to spell road 10 different ways with all sorts of punctuation.

  2. Simple search methods - FoodBank Manager employs the most sophisticated search characteristics available and its methods are proven time and time again.

  3. Alternatives - everyone does it different, we let you select the fields you search against, we give you alternate methods and shortcuts and the ability to allow technology to work for you like using barcodes and ID numbers to locate your clients.

There is a ton of information that supports the Triad already in this website. Here are some of the links that will offer you even more information.
