Refund in First 10 Days for Monthly Subscription

If you are not completely satisfied with our FoodBank Manager service, and you notify Sox Box Software LLC in writing via your Control Panel within the first 10 days of your subscription that you wish to cancel, you will be given a full refund of the subscription amount, excluding setup fees and overages. If a refund is due, you will be notified by e-mail; it can take up to 30 days after cancellation of your subscription to receive your refund. Refund Policy for Renewals

Charges for the renewal of FoodBank Manager service will be refunded if written notification (either via e-mail message or fax transmission) is received no later than the tenth day following the renewal date. This ten day grace period applies to all Sox Box Software LLC services. Note that refunds will not be granted if your written notification is received after the grace period.

Warning: Your e-mail notification to us must be sent from the contact e-mail address that we have on file for your account. Likewise, if you fax your notification to us, your fax must be on letterhead.

Requests to Cancel After Renewal Date

You must notify Sox Box Software LLC before or within ten days of the Renewal Date on your contract if you wish to cancel an account. Sox Box Software LLC does not offer prorated refunds for cancellation requests submitted after ten days of the renewal date. No Transfer of Funds Between Accounts

Sox Box Software LLC does not transfer funds from one account to another for any reason.

Contact and Billing Information

It is your responsibility to keep valid contact and billing information on your account. Sox Box Software LLC will continue to send information regarding your account in accordance with the contact information you have provided in your Control Panel and upon registration.

Balance Due

Please be advised that the cancellation of an account does not release you from financial responsibility. If your account has a past due balance and you are not eligible for a refund, Sox Box Software LLC Accounting department will continue collection efforts.
